Food And Fuel: A Story of Resilience

Synopsis

The modern world’s food supply is highly dependent on fossil fuels. Cuba’s “special period” is a perfect example of how a society might have to reinvent itself without access to fossil fuels. One woman, living on British Columbia’s Sunshine Coast, faces challenges when she decides to live a fossil fuel free life.
