TGC Affiliate Partner Agreement

Appointment and qualified referrals
You receive a non-exclusive, revocable right to promote TGC using approved links, QR codes, and campaign assets. A qualified referral is a brand-new individual customer attributed through your approved campaign who completes a paid monthly or annual subscription.
Subscriber offer and commission
Customers attributed through your approved campaign receive 10% off for as long as their subscription stays active — every monthly payment, or every annual renewal. The discount does not expire. Partner-attributed subscriptions bill immediately, with no free trial.
Your commission is separate from that discount and is capped. Gross commission is CAD $4.50 per successful monthly payment, for up to five payments per referred customer, or CAD $45 once for an annual referral. You bear 50% of the actual Stripe payment-processing fee for each qualifying charge. Your net commission is the gross amount less that fee share, rounded to the nearest cent, and the portal and emails show each amount.
Commission eligibility belongs to that customer and the original partner. Cancellation does not reset it. A same-partner reactivation may use only the partner’s remaining monthly commission positions. Annual commission eligibility never resets. The customer keeps their 10% discount for as long as they stay subscribed, regardless of how many commission payments remain.
Waiver and payouts
Your initial commission choice is enabled. You may change it prospectively in the secure portal. A waived payment still consumes its eligible position. Eligible balances of at least CAD $25 are calculated at month-end and paid through Stripe Connect within the first 15 days of the following month.
Existing referral entitlements already snapshotted under an earlier agreement retain their prior commercial terms. This version applies prospectively to new attributions accepted after signing.
Marketing, termination, and legal terms
Spam, deceptive claims, unauthorized placements, and unlawful marketing are prohibited. Either party may terminate on seven days’ written notice. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks reverse related commission. British Columbia and applicable Canadian law govern this agreement, with exclusive jurisdiction in Vancouver. You act as an independent contractor.
Participation is unavailable where this agreement, promotional activity, or commission payments are prohibited. Approval and payouts depend on Stripe availability and verification in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your own registration, reporting, income-tax, and other legal obligations arising from commission.
